Product Description
The SmartAX MA5626 is industry-leading remote multi dwelling units (MDUs) launched by HW, which provide broadband services and IP voice services on the Fiber To The Building (FTTB) network for family users and small to medium enterprises. These series products can satisfy government and medium- and small-size enterprise requirements on wireless coverage, video monitoring. The MA5620 and MA5626 are box-type devices. Each of them provides two GPON or GE uplink ports and supports 8-channel, 16-channel, or 24-channel LAN access (LAN:POTS = 1:1). They feature broad temperature range, low power consumption, mute design, high stability, environment-friendlily and energy conservation, and can be used on workbenches and installed in corridors and cabinets, facilitating installation and maintenance.
The MA5626 is used on an FTTB network and are installed in a network cabinet in a corridor. They connect to theoptical line terminal (OLT) through GPON uplink ports and connect to PCs by using category-5 cables to provide high-bandwidth broadband, voice, and video services and connect to telephones by using twisted pairs to provide plain old telephone service (POTS) services. they connect to the camera or wireless Access Point (AP) through the FE port. In this manner, the MA5620, MA5626,provide transmission channels for videos and Wi-Fi Internet surfing services, meeting requirements for Wi-Fi coverage and video monitoring in diversified fields. Note that the MA5626 support Power over Ethernet (PoE) technology; therefore, issues related to AP or camera power can be resolved.

• Automatic adaptation to GPON and GE modes: Each of them provides two uplink ports using the small form-factor pluggable (SFP) optical modules to meet different site requirements.
• PoE power supply: The MA5626 supports PoE and reverse PoE technologies, resolving issues related to power for wireless AP, camera, data collection terminal, or Optical Network Unit (ONU), saving investment and facilitating efficient deployment.
• Rich specifications: It fully meets requirements for pure LAN access service or voice service on an FTTB network, inherits traditional voice services, and supports migration of narrowband users.
• Strong QoS capability: Supports bandwidth management based DBA, flexible service mapping and accurate service management base the flow. The strong quality of service (QoS) capability provides the user difference service experience.
• High performance IPTV services management: Strong service switching capability, packet forwarding capability, and high integration (data exchange and user management) enable them to have carrier-class multicast operation capability.
• Perfect voice features, supporting basic services (voice service, fax service, and modem service) and supplementary services (three-way calling, call waiting, call transfer, calling line identification presentation, and calling number restriction).
• High reliability: System reliability indicators are considered in the system, hardware, and software designs to ensure normal equipment operation. In addition, the MA5626 supports wide temperature ranges. Specifically, they support working temperatures ranging from -40°C to 65°C and even can be started at -25°C. Moreover, they can be protected against 6 kV lightning.
• Flexible installation mode: Based on the HW comprehensive unisite outdoor cabinet solution, the MA5620 can be mounted on a wall or a pole in indoor or outdoor scenarios.
• Environment-friendly and energy conservation: It uses a highly effective power supply system to reduce system power consumption. It uses passive cooling without any fans to reduce device power consumption. It uses POTS short-loop design to reduce port power consumption in short distances
